Send a video message instead of scheduling a meeting.
Explain it once, on camera, in the time it takes to say it. Drop the link in Slack or email and your teammates watch when it suits them, reply with comments pinned to the exact second, and never need a seat to do it.
How it works
- Record your screen with your camera on, or camera only for a quick note.
- Share the link. Chat apps and email show a preview with the title and a poster frame.
- Viewers watch, react with emoji at a moment, and comment on a timestamp. You see who watched and how far they got.
Comments on the second
Feedback points at the exact moment, so nobody has to describe where in the video they mean.
Know who watched
See views, watch progress and where viewers are from, for people with the link or in your workspace.
Transcript in every video
Viewers can skim by reading, search for a word, or turn on captions.
A button at the end
Add a call to action, such as a booking link, that shows when the video finishes.
Private when you need it
Passwords, expiry dates and workspace-only visibility are on every plan.
Free for the whole team
Members and viewers do not count toward the price. You pay for storage, not people.

- How long should a video message be?
- As long as the topic needs. Short ones are easier to watch, but there is no cap, and the transcript and chapters help people jump to the part they need.
- Can I send one by email?
- Yes. The link unfurls with a preview image in email and chat. You can also copy an animated GIF thumbnail for places that do not play video.
- Can people reply with a video?
- They can comment on any moment, and anyone with an account can record a reply of their own and send you the link.
